Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at hello@stableathletic.ca. If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll make it right.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
